My Business is built on Respect

Please be aware that my services are built on respect. I enjoy a working relationship where both parties respect each other and boundries are understood. When I agree to a project, I will do everything in my power to complete these tasks to your satisfaction. This is my promise to you.

Cancellation

Please be aware that I am fully aware that things happen and sometimes you must cancel due to illness, acts of God, etc. But please respect my businesses time, when you book that time, you will be charged for that time regardless if you show up or not. If you do cancel, you must do so within 48 hours. If not you will be charged for that scheduled time.

Fees are non-refundable

Payment is not refundable, if you agree to pay for my services and back out after work has started you are responsible for that block of time. I schedule weeks ahead of time, and that time could be spent on another paying client.

Payment Time

Payment must be sent in 20 days time after project has been completed and files have been sent. If payment is not recieved then a late fee will be added on to the total amount. Late fees are 50% of the total amount. Please don't be late, you will be contacted in 10 days with a complimentary email stating to pay the full amount.

Rush-Fee

If you have a project or task that needs to be done immediately, you will be charged a rush fee. Immediately meaning less then 5 days time. This amount is usually around 50% amount added onto the regular price for the project. Small Job: Same Day: 100% | 50% Next Day| 25% two day turnaround time Large Job: 50% 2 weeks | 25% three weeks

Payment must be up front

Before I can start working on ongoing tasks I must be paid first. Until I get paid for my time I will be unable to work.

Timing

You can agree on a deadline, but please be aware tasks can take a week or more to be completed. Depending on the workload items might take longer.

Communication

Please make me aware of everything relating to a project or task. I am at this moment unable to read your mind and will need you to help me to understand how best to supply you with what you need. Joking aside, I appreciate clients who take time to help me understand the goal needed to be accomplish, it is easier on me and makes me better at providing you quality content.

Events

If you have an important event, you must tell me a month or more ahead of time to plan accordingly. Telling me last minute, hurts me and you. Dumping a giant workload will only delay tasks that need to be complete, creates stress for your hired designer/developer, and create a rocky relationship.

Meetings

$39 Payment Up front. Just like at the movies!

Cancellations:

If you've booked an hour or block of hours and need to reschedule, there’s no fee as long as you do it at least 24 hours in advance. For sessions rescheduled within 24 hours, or phone-call no-shows, I deduct the time from your package. Same goes if you bought a single hour.

Refunds

When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds. I offer no guarantees regarding conversions or who's going to like your copy. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I suggest booking an hour to start. If you end up wanting a package, I’ll apply the fee for that hour towards the total price. Please be aware due to Houston traffic I only meet within the times of 9:00pm-2:00am.

Late

Please be aware my time is valuable, and so is yours. If you're late for your appointment you lose that time. If you don't show, you'll still be charged in full. In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.
